14 Minute Balancing Sequence RYT200 Teaching Series
This Balancing sequence blends classic poses that compliment eachother and reinforce a deeper state of inner and outer balance. The 3 poses in this sequence include Tree pose, Dancers pose and Powerful Pose (Chair pose) with Entry level and more challenging options.
This sequence is ideal after a heating sequence such as Sun Salutation to ensure a base sense of balance prior to transitioning into this sequence. This sequence is also more static which offers the body a chance to cool down after a heating sequence.
