20 minute Restorative Supine series
This sequence allows a warming prep gently heating the body as we redirect bloodflow to where it’s needed to relax. in these inverted poses, the negative impact of gravity is reversed taking pressure away from the strained areas in the back and pelvis.
Energeticallly we are soothing our system with partnering breathwork. Release tension pressure from the hip joints and restoring attention to the back and hips. These poses are attainable for most students.
