11 Minute Simple Seated RYT200 Teaching Series
This is a seated sequence, so it is recommended if students are tight through their hip flexors they can alliviate tension by sitting on a light lift ie pillow, rolled up towel or blanket. Students will observe partnering breath with movement to ensure the body is receptive and safe through out the sequence.
The beauty of this sequence is it offers students an opportunity to safely and respectfully open their spine regardless of how challenging their current restrictions. The philosophy is to encourage students to evolve from where they are, and advance at their own pace.
This sequence is best partnered with the other micro sequences to extend the students ideal length of time and customized style their own routine
